Very Loved

Recently, as I have been researching brands for a new women’s boutique opening this November 2011, I came upon a very cool vintage/lingerie line, The Loved One. Run my Hannah Metz and her partner, Elvia Lahman, The Loved One features a small vintage-inspired lingerie line, as well as thrifted clothing. Originally started as an online shop, Hannah and Elvia just recently opened up their first ever ‘forever-shop’ in Los Angeles.































Hannah began as a vintage buyer for American Apparel's vintage collection in 2007, and eventually collaborated with her boss, beginning their own project. Which originally began as a collaboration to sell to companies like American Apparel and Urban Outfitters, Hannah and Elvia soon found themselves opening up pop-up shops with Urban Outfitters, and Seychelles shoes in New York, where they sold their vintage finds and lingerie line.

Aside from The Loved One, Hannah has a blog with her husband Landon, where many of Hannah’s (and Landon's) amazing photos are exhibited.

Congratulations to these ladies for doing such amazing things! Their lingerie line is to die for! (or to wear in bed while reading when you don't want to face the world!)
